AWS user creation guide for SIEMonster access

In specific use cases, SIEMonster will be or may be required to access the AWS console with administrative rights to ensure system health or work on logged support incidents. In such cases the user creation process is very straightforward.

First create a new IAM user with the following specifics displayed in the screenshots. These include AWS console access as well as administrative access.
